The Retail Leasing Division is responsible for the management of eleven shopping centres ranging from three to forty-five acres. Tenants include Costco, Royal Bank of Canada, Starbucks, HSBC, RONA Home and Garden, Blockbuster and many others.
 

Areas covered by the Retail Leasing Division are Calgary & surrounding area, Edmonton, Medicine Hat and Winnipeg.
