This portfolio consists of select Ontario developments in Mississauga, Burlington, Oshawa, Brantford and Bolton. Permitted uses of the facilities include a wide range of fields: from warehousing, wholesale distribution, storage, and manufacturing to research & development, training facilities, and hotel & recreation. Various buildings are already leased or ready for occupancy, while others are scheduled for construction between 2012 and 2014.
