Hopewell Development's Retail Leasing Division is responsible for the management of eleven shopping centres, which range from three to forty-five acres.

Hopewell's Industrial Division consists of six business properties in Eastern Canada (Ontario) and ten in Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba). Facility uses range from warehousing, wholesale distribution, storage, and manufacturing to research & development, training facilities, and hotel & recreation.
